Braised hairtail with radish
A rice thief braised with flavor-soaked radish. Galchi-jorim is hairtail braised with radish in a spicy sauce, the seasoned radish a delicacy in itself. It is a signature side dish of Namdo, where hairtail was plentiful, such as Jeju and Mokpo.
