A pancake fried with the scent of spring mugwort. Ssuk-jeon is fragrant spring mugwort mixed into batter and pan-fried, full of the aroma of mugwort, prized even as a medicinal herb. It is a warm seasonal treat for enjoying the scent of spring greens.
