Banga hanjeongsik recreates the formal table settings of Korea's old yangban households, complete with jeon, grilled dishes, seasoned greens and braises made from the season's best. It is a single table that displays the refinement and devotion of Korean culinary culture.

  2. Ready the soup and kimchi.
