A warm breakfast set from a single pollack. Bugeo — pollack dried hard — keeps well and spread even to the mountains. Simmered milky with soybean sprouts and radish, bugeo-guk is a familiar soup, good for a hangover and a fixture on the morning table after ancestral rites.
