A pot of sharp jeotguk from the Chungcheong West Sea. Ureok-jeotguk is dried rockfish seasoned with salted shrimp, a folk dish of the Chungcheong west coast. Clear yet deeply savory, it was often served to soothe the stomach after a feast or big event.
