Chocolate (Valentine's)

초콜릿
Cho-ko-lit

Women gift chocolate to men on Valentine's, Korean-style

About the dish

On Korea's Valentine's Day, women traditionally give chocolate to the men they care for. The sweetness of cacao becomes a way to carry one's feelings to someone special.

Simple recipe

  1. Melt high-cacao chocolate over a water bath.
  2. Stir in nuts and dried fruit.
  3. Pour into molds and let set.
