Spicy stir-fried pork over rice
Jeyuk takes its name from jeoyuk, an old Sino-Korean word for pork. Stir-fried in a fiery gochujang sauce and piled over rice, jeyuk deopbap makes a hearty one-bowl meal, and the marriage of spicy pork and warm rice has made it a fixture at snack bars and home-style diners across Korea.
